We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. However, we do provide free returns for damaged products only.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product to us.

Once we receive the damaged product, we will inspect it to determine if it qualifies for a refund or replacement. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the product is not eligible for a refund, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing or color, or any other personal preference. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and thank you for your business.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
